Well... I looked lol, I did post a blog last wednesday..daytime ;)

and while I think I tend to ramble and rant and I know I complain ( A LOT!!!)
so lets see how this goes.. filtering out most the bad ;)
that night (little after 6p) I got a "bright" idea of a scraper.. not a putty knife like I always-always-AlWaYs use.. but the razor blade kind.. that ya scrape the paint off the windowpane ...
and ended up in ER... walked out with 3stitches.. tell ya what though... first Emergency with just me and the kids in the house... and yup.. I freaked out lol.. (car is in shop so I couldnt just drive up with kids and get fixed up)
Still no hours at work... still no $ for bills or anything... but kids and I are grinding out rules, expectations, and some sort of system where either they do it... and get something positive.. or dont.. and hate me for a week ;) ... and they are running out of vacation so it will end up a mommy-wins...and they win (yep.. we have rewards if they help too!)

Have I mentioned.. I was so bummed last week about floating between 194-204... and I'm at 193? ;) LoL YAY :)
now Im even more sure that if I could just lower the dang stress level.... I'd be able to get that number lower and closer to my goal!! the 3-6mile walks we've been doing since last Tuesday are helpful.. 3 or 4 times a week ;) and the kids don't mind it so thats great too!

I'm starting to get on here at least once a week which is a huge deal for me ;) So hopefully I can get back at participating in groups and commenting on posts too!! :)

Thank you all for the support and encouragement :) and to those I don't post on.. I do get to read some and everything I read is just more of an encouragement that if all of you can do it... why cant I :) :)

~ BTW ~ ;) posted the UGH photo... and my main pic I took last week (haha grrr... just an hour before ER trip...) I'll have my boy take a pic of me soon since Im getting online more regular

Welcome back. I too have not been regulary on like I use to. Great job on your loss. I find that sometimes if you stress about losing weight it is harder where as if you just make healthy choices and not obsess about the numbers you will see the weight come off faster. Best of luck to you! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
