i'm always eating! sometimes my friends don't want any more of there food i ask for it and when i have to share some thing i just left them a peace so that is why i have to stop thank you diet.com

I'm a steady snacker, an emotional eater, great info if not a little scary, it's scary enough to think there's one mind in there but another one trying to tell me to eat, help! I'm going to try and talk with my alter ego and tell her that she has to stop pushing food down my neck.

it is hard to control emotions, or cravings. Cravings are extreamly difficult to satisfy. i use Smart for Life cookie meals, try the chocolate irresistible or cranberry(if you like granola)
