You want to lose weight, right? We all do! That’s why we are constantly looking for solutions that can help us to get all of this under control. Eating delicious food made with particular items can go a long way in helping you to get whatever it is that you need to lose weight. Let’s take a look at three really popular recipes that you can try in order to lose weight and keep it off for good.

Feta and Broccoli Omelet

For this healthy omelet, heat a skillet, spray in cooking spray, and put in about a cup of broccoli for 3 minutes so that it gets cooked well. Then, mix together 2 large beaten eggs, 2 teaspoons of feta cheese, and dried dill. Once the broccoli is cooked, put this egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for around 2 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked well. This meal can be a filling breakfast or dinner, and serve it with rye or wheat toast to get some of your healthy carbs in as well.

Succotash and Grilled Chicken Meal - Yields 2 Servings

Succotash mixtures like this one help to burn fat, and grilled chicken is always a great protein to add into your diet when you’re trying to lose weight. It’s really easy for you to make and enjoy. You need 4 chicken cutlets, grilled in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. After the chicken has been cooked, put in a pint of grape tomatoes, a half a cup of corn, and a cup of lima beans (frozen or thawed). Cook it all together, stirring it up until the tomatoes start to crack (it should take less than 5 minutes). Then, you’re ready to eat!

Apple Hemp Muffins - Makes One Dozen

If you do your research at websites like www.americanhempoil.net, you will find that there are a ton of recipes that include hemp seeds so that you can lose weight more easily. Here’s one of the most popular recipes you can try that includes hemp seeds as a part of it.
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whole-grain flour
1 cup oat flour
1 cup organic applesauce, unsweetened
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup hemp seeds
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (vanilla or plain)

The oven needs to be preheated to 350 degrees. Take the dry ingredients and combine them in a large bowl. Make sure that you sift in the baking soda and baking powder. In a second bowl, you want to mix all of the wet ingredients together. Then, put them together, gently folding and mixing until it’s combined and looks as uniform as possible. Pour the mix into a muffin tin with liners already inside of it. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until you put in a toothpick and it comes out clean.
