HELLO :) going paleo at 23 weeks pregnant :)posted @7:26pm ET on August 17, 2012
Hello everyone! It's been so long! Too long! So I went a while without puttin on any weight. Than I spent July all over doing random things. I was in Vegas for a week and than on a camping roadtrip down to Vancouver island BC for 3 weeks. I think I am up 6 lbs!!!! I know it's not a huge issue considering I'm 23 weeks pregnant..... WITH A GIRL :) But I don't want to gain more than 15 pounds this whole pregnancy! So my last few days I was on vacation I came across a book about the Paleo "diet" which I feel is just a good way of living and not really a diet! For those of you who never heard of it, all it is is pretty much getting rid of all processed foods and living like a caveman! No dairy or no grains may e an issue because I love my fibre 1 cereal with yogurt :) but I can eat all the fruits and veggies. And I would be takin my vitamins. It said it is perfectly fine to do it while pregnant so I am going to try it out. At my next appointment I will weigh myself and come update it, and I tried adding a photo on my phone but it didn't allow it, so I will try on my computer later. Hoping all the people who remember me and I would Rememwber are doing fantastic. I'm going to come read blogs later on, just making dinner :)
