Amber's Tell All

So my hubby has an eight hour day today instead of eleven. He promised that when he gets in, he will go to the gym and add me to his membership. Yay, I can finally start working out. I told him what my goals were. I want that good definition on my arms and legs. And a need to do cardio to burn calories all around. He is going to help me with a good routine and then we will both do our own thing. I'm pretty pumped about it!

Eating hasn't been good. I haven't eaten much, though. Still trying to get my appetite back. Last night, we went for beers and Mexican food. I just drank beer and ate chips and queso. Nothing else sounded good. Not healthy. But today I think I will be able to eat actual food!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Yay for the gym membership! Definitely use all of Diet.com's fitness resources to design workouts for yourself at the gym. I always look through our fitness videos and our Exercise demos before I go to the gym, and make a mental list of things that I want to do in my workout. We have over 500 videos, so there's such a great opportunity to always change up your routine and keep things exciting!

I hope you feel better!!

That's great! Glad to see you're getting back to semi-normal at least :)
