Which is the Mediterranean diet plan, we know that works well for us. Using 1200 calorie right now, but would prefer more of Mediterranean plan.
Is 1200 enough for us.....I'm 165 lbs . hubby us 190. We both want to lose 20 lbs Thanks

Hi!

I would say either the vegetarian or pescetarian meal plans might be the best choices for you. We don't have a specific Mediterrean meal plan but they will likely come closest to what you're looking for. You can also swap out foods in the meal plan for alternative items that are similar calories to make it work best for you. As far as calories, 1200 calories is appropriate for you, but it's probably a little low for your husband. I would suggest he follow the 1500 calorie meal plan for better results. I hope this helps!
