Can I substitute something in my meal plan so I can have a glass of wine in the evening ?

Hi!

You can definitely find a way to include a glass of wine at night. The average glass of wine (5 ounces ~ 2/3 cup) averages between 120 and 130 calories. I would just either cut down on portions or replace a starch with a vegetable to cut the calories. As long as your total calorie intake for the day you can swap anything out with anything else.
