Another question! What is the healthiest way to incorporate a treat for a holiday or special occasion while staying on track. Would it be to save snack points for a special dessert? Or just add on something extra once in a while without altering the meal plan? Or another way?

Incorporating fun foods can definitely be done while staying on track. Make sure you're not skipping any meals to allow for indulgences though. The best way to do this is to replace a snack and/or cut back on your meal calories to allow you to fit those fun foods/drinks in while still keeping within your recommended calories for the day. Also remember, one day here or there with extra calories than recommended isn't going to completely derail your diet efforts. In fact, it's important to allow yourself to splurge every once in a while to keep you motivated to eat healthy overall.
