My issue with meal plans comes that I have postprandial hypoglycemia, so fruit, bread, tomatoes, rice - basically pretty much all carbs - are off limit for me. I pay a pretty hefty price physically for nearly a full day for eating a segment of an orange for instance. so No fruit, and very few veggies - only REALLY LOW GLYCEMIC index stuff. That makes most of my choices, high fat and high protein.
in what way could I get a diet with NO carbs? Very Happy

Hi!

That certainly poses a challenge for you! As long as you're staying within your calorie range, you can substitute any foods for the suggested meals/snacks in the meal plan and still see results.

Let me know what else I can do to help you navigate your meal plan based on what foods you like/dislike and I'll see what else I can do to help!
