I gave birth in October 2013. Now, more than a year later, I still have not shed the weight and I am starting to wonder if I will ever be able to. Sad

There are countless women in the same boat as you! This blog full of tips may be helpful, although some of the tips are geared more towards breastfeeding mothers!

I am feeling the same way! I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys (1 & 3 years old). I have just started Weight Watchers & so far so good.

Good for you for taking steps towards your goals mom02! There is a ton of information and resources here to help you and supplement your Weight Watchers program. Do you have any sort of an exercise routine yet?
