We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied please take a look at our policy for returns outlined below.
- Returns must be pre-approved by a diet.com customer service representative prior to order return. (No return will be accepted without completion of this item)
- You must return your order within 30 days of purchase date to receive a full refund (less shipping and handling).
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
- Items must be received in an undamaged, new condition.
- If the items is a vitamin, herb, supplement, mineral, DVD, Video, or food/beverage item it must not be opened.
- Return shipping costs are not covered under the return policy and items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
- Diet.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements at both pre-approval stage and receipt at fulfillment center.
