Whole oats, brown rice syrup, dried apples, brown rice, rice crisps, evaporated cane juice, raisins, almond butter, roasted soy bean, soy protein concentrate, honey, pear and grape juice concentrates, glycerine, natural flavors, water, cinnamon.
May contain traces of peanuts or other tree nuts.
Before, during, after activity as a source of essential energy related nutrients. For best results: eat 30-45 minutes before activity with 8-16 oz. of water or other fluids to aid in absorption of nutrients and maintain hydration.
