Ingredients - 3 cups air popped popcorn (or low-fat microwave)
- 1/4 cup diced dried apricots
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Instructions - Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Spread trail mix evenly on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
