Ingredients
  • 3 cups air popped popcorn (or low-fat microwave)
  • 1/4 cup diced dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Spread trail mix evenly on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
