Use this sweet and spicy homemade dressing for Thai salads, as a low-fat dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls or drizzle over chicken or tofu.
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Juice of 8 limes
4 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 serrano chiles, chopped (seeded if desired)
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
1 Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pairs well with dishes that contain cilantro and mint!
2 Yield: about 1 1/2 cups. Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
