Ingredients
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a microwaveable container and cook on high for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Stir well and allow to sit for for about 5 minutes. Tastes great with a dollop of light whipped cream!
