Ingredients - 2 apples, cored and sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions - Place all ingredients in a microwaveable container and cook on high for about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir well and allow to sit for for about 5 minutes. Tastes great with a dollop of light whipped cream!
