Tofu and pre-cut or frozen veggies make for a tasty meal in minutes! Serve with steamed rice and you're ready for fantastic dinner.
Ingredients:
1/4 package flavored tofu (such as Nasoya Chinese Spice), cut into cubes
1 tablespoon lite teriyaki sauce
2 cups pre-cut or frozen vegetables of choice
Directions:
1 Combine tofu, vegetables and teriyaki sauce in a microwave safe bowl.
2 Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
3 Serve with steamed brown rice or soba noodles.
