Ingredients - 1 pound chopped ripe tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped, fresh cilantro
- 3 seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions - Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- Serving Size: 1/2 cup.
