Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

Instructions
  1. Place ½ cup mangoes into each bowl and top with ½ cup frozen yogurt.
  2. Garnish with mint sprigs is desired. For a special touch, use wine or martini glasses instead of bowls!
  3. Serving Size: 1/2 cup mangoes and 1/2 cup frozen yogurt.
