|1||Preheat oven to 350 degrees.|
|2||Mix all meatloaf ingredients, form into small loaf and place in baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.|
|3||Mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl and then pour over meat loaf.|
|4||Bake for one hour. Yield: 6-8 servings.|
