Ingredients
  • Meatloaf:
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey (not ground turkey breast)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 can condensed low-fat, low-sodium tomato soup (such as Campbell's Healthy Request)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sauce:
  • Remaining 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Best Foods/Hellmann's Dijonnaise or other creamy dijon spread

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all meatloaf ingredients, form into small loaf and place in baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl and then pour over meat loaf.
  4. Bake for one hour. Yield: 6-8 servings.
