Ingredients - Meatloaf:
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey (not ground turkey breast)
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 can condensed low-fat, low-sodium tomato soup (such as Campbell's Healthy Request)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sauce:
- Remaining 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Best Foods/Hellmann's Dijonnaise or other creamy dijon spread
Instructions - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients, form into small loaf and place in baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl and then pour over meat loaf.
- Bake for one hour. Yield: 6-8 servings.
