Turn Waldorf salad into a healthy delight with this re-make of the traditional mayonnaise-based salad!
Ingredients:
3 apples, cored and diced (try granny smith, golden delicious and red delicious!)
1 cup light non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup diced celery
Cinnamon to taste (optional)
Directions:
1 Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
2 Serve over lettuce or in a parfait glass for a nice touch!
