Great as a side-dish or afternoon snack! This recipe makes a perfect summer salad when green beans and tomatoes are in full swing.

| 1 | Cook beans in boiling water for 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. |
| 2 | Combine tomatoes through basil in a large bowl and add green beans. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss gently. Top each serving with 1 tbsp feta cheese. |
