Serve this slushy drink at your next summer get together as an alternative to higher calorie alcoholic blended beverages. Use sparkling water for added zing!
Ingredients:
1 can (12 ounce) 100% fruit juice concentrate such as pineapple
12 ounces water
3 cups ice
Juice of 1 lime
Lime wedges
Directions:
1 In a blender, place juice concentrate, lime juice, water and half of ice.
2 To prevent spillage, do not pass the top line of the blender.
3 Blend while gradually adding remaining ice. Serve with a lime a wedge.
4 *If too thick, add water. Serving Size: 1 cup.
5 ENJOY!
