Ingredients
  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 - 2/3 cup thawed frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine the oats and almonds in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix honey, vanilla and apple juice concentrate and microwave for 1 minute. Mix liquid in with oat mixture.
  3. Sprinkle in cinnamon and toss. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cool, add cranberries and stir. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  5. Yield: 9 cups. Serving Size: 1/2 cup.
