Ingredients - 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) chicken, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup light raspberry vinaigrette dressing
- 1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
- 2 Tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 10 cups mixed greens
Instructions - Toss chicken, cranberries, green onions and almonds with dressing.
- Serve on a mound of chopped lettuce.
