Dress up your next salad with grilled chicken, dried cranberries or cherries, almonds and a raspberry vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 cup light raspberry vinaigrette dressing
1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
2 Tablespoons sliced almonds
1/4 cup sliced red onions
10 cups mixed greens
Directions:
1 Toss chicken, cranberries, green onions and almonds with dressing.
2 Serve on a mound of chopped lettuce.
3 ENJOY!
