Ingredients
  • 4 ounces lump crab meat, drained (fresh or imitation can be used too!)
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayo
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Creole seasoning to taste (if desired)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Shredded Purple Cabbage
  • 1 whole wheat pita, cut in half

Instructions
  1. Mix crab meat, mayo, celery, lemon juice and spices together. Stuff equal amounts of crab salad into pita halves along with shredded cabbage.
  2. Serve fresh fruit.
