Ingredients - 4 ounces lump crab meat, drained (fresh or imitation can be used too!)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat mayo
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Creole seasoning to taste (if desired)
- Black pepper to taste
- Shredded Purple Cabbage
- 1 whole wheat pita, cut in half
Instructions - Mix crab meat, mayo, celery, lemon juice and spices together. Stuff equal amounts of crab salad into pita halves along with shredded cabbage.
- Serve fresh fruit.
