Ingredients
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla or rum extract

Instructions
  1. Mix together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Add mixture and evaporated milk to a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly. Cook for 2 more minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  3. Dip desired fruit into sauce and refrigerate until chocolate sets.
  4. Yield: 1 cup. Serving Size: 1 tablespoon.
