Ingredients - Salad:
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1.5 cup sliced green and red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 3 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup light shredded cheese
- 1 oz baked tortilla chips, crushed
- Dressing:
- Mix 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream with 1/4 cup salsa.
Instructions - Mix all salad ingredients together except tortilla chips and toss with dressing. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
