Ingredients
  • Salad:
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 cup sliced green and red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup light shredded cheese
  • 1 oz baked tortilla chips, crushed
  • Dressing:
  • Mix 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream with 1/4 cup salsa.

Instructions
  1. Mix all salad ingredients together except tortilla chips and toss with dressing. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
