Ingredients - 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup apple juice or water
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp minced shallots
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground white pepper
