Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup 100% orange juice
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup non-fat light vanilla yogurt

Instructions
  1. Place banana, orange juice and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in yogurt. Serve right away or chill for later.
