Ingredients - 3 granny smith apples
- 3 red apples
- 40 red grapes (seedless)
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions - Core and chop apples into ½ inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix gently and serve.
- To lower calories and/or sugar, you can substitute non-fat light vanilla yogurt.
