Ingredients
  • 3 acorn squash
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 6 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
  • 1.5 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Place face down in a baking dish lined with foil. Add water.
  2. Bake 35 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle with goat cheese and rosemary.
