Ingredients - 3 acorn squash
- 6 tablespoons water
- 6 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1.5 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
- Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions - Preheat oven to 350. Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Place face down in a baking dish lined with foil. Add water.
- Bake 35 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle with goat cheese and rosemary.
