Looking for a healthy, tasty appetizer? Serve this mix of portobello mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh basil over warm toasted baguette slices.

| 1 | Brush mushrooms with olive oil. Grill on a lightly greased (use cooking spray or olive oil mister) grill rack over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side. |
| 2 | Chop mushrooms and place in a medium bowl. Add parmesan, garlic, basil, tomatoes and salt and pepper. |
| 3 | Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Toss to coat. Toast bread slices and top evenly with mushroom mixture. |
| 4 | 1 Serving: 1/12 of brushetta and a 1-ounce slice of baguette. |
