|1||Mix together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Add mixture and evaporated milk to a small saucepan.|
|2||Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly. Cook for 2 more minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.|
|3||Dip desired fruit into sauce and refrigerate until chocolate sets.|
|4||Yield: 1 cup. Serving Size: 1 tablespoon.|
