Hey Mack., not all meals., but most!

I lost 2.8 pounds., I actually started and weighed 149.6 then i went up., 150.1-150.5 for almost a week., then one fine morning I dropped down to 147.6 then two days later 146.6 so., I actually lost 3.9 pounds in all!!!! yippee!! Very Happy

Nothing tastes as good as it feels to be thin.

Yippeeeee!! Way to go! Razz You might have just been holding onto extra water at first.

So tell me this - Is your post workout meal the one that has little/no protein?
