Oh, about breakfast and snacks. There are satisfying enough. Especially breakfast. My day starts early, and I NEVER miss breakfast!

One the weekends, I do cardi. I walk briskly at the track and run the bleachers, doing about two miles of walking and about 1000 steps.

When I go the gym during the week, I do about 30-45 minutes ...

This is the diet that I try to follow. I count exchanges. Does this sound balanced, like enough, and healthy to you?

Breakfast 5:30 am - aprox. 200 calories
1/2 cup oatmeal

I really like the oatmeal, and it is a great choice for me since I try to eat 300 calories before 8 o'clock everyday.

I agree, always stay to the inside. Where I have ran and walked, everyone stays on the inside, and the one going faster will always pass on your right.

I eat oatmeal, and it is really good. But I don't think I could eat it for three meals a day. Oatmeal is about 150 calories for a cup. So, that would be 450 calories plus the light snacks, so like ...

When I get stressed or mad at, I tend to go for food that tastes good and isn't healthy for me, too. I wish it wasn't that way, but I find comfort in good tasting fatty food.
