KAREN I injured my back on friday July 14, so it has been almost two weeks. I went to the Doc and the Chiropractor last week. Depending on my recovery rate, I could be sore for 3 - 6 weeks! Ugh!

Sounds like many of us are using the tracking tools succesfully. That is great!
