How do I purchase a Premium Membership?

After taking the Diet.com Quiz and getting your free meal plan and exercise plan recommendations, you will be prompted to join Diet.com as a premium member if you want to get your complete weight loss program, including meal plans, exercise plans and personal Dietitian consultation benefits.

If you do not decide to join at this time, you can be a free Diet.com member and enjoy the many free benefits. When you decide you want to have access to your Premium Membership benefits, simply purchase a Premium Membership package that will suit your needs.

What are the payment methods available?

When purchasing a Diet.com Premium Membership, you can choose to pay by using your credit card online, phone, fax, or mail. If you are new to Diet.com, click “Register” in the top right corner of the homepage and enter the information requested. The next page is the payment page where all payment options can be found. If you are a basic member and wish to upgrade, click on “Upgrade” in the top right corner of your homepage. If you need further assistance, you can email membersupport08 [at] diet [dot] com for more information.

When is my next renewal date?

Your next renewal date depends on the initial plan you chose when becoming a member. You can also email membersupport08 [at] diet [dot] com.

How do I renew my Premium Membership?

Diet.com will automatically renew your subscription on the anniversary of your purchase to ensure that there is no interruption of your Premium Membership. Diet.com will charge your credit card at the rate of $19.95/month if you are on a Standard Monthly Plan Premium Membership or a discounted quarterly rate of $38.85 ($12.95/month x 3 months) if you are on a 3 Month Savings Plan, 6 Month Savings Plan, or a 12 Month Savings Plan.

Unless you provide Diet.com with at least 48-hour prior notice that you are canceling your subscription, we may renew your subscription without further authorization from you. Renewal fees are non-refundable. Auto-renewal applies to credit card payments only.
