Hi everyone! I'm new to diet.com and felt like this would be a really cool way to keep me motivated and to keep myself accountable. A whole new approach to loosing weight and staying in shape. I turned 27 on the 8th of this month and I figure that I've already spent my 20s overweight by 50lbs and I basically have 3 years to get myself in check!!!! Period! They say you find yourself in your 30s and I want to do that and much more! I want to be fit and sexy while I'm getting older. Hopefully joining and seeing other people/women stuggling with the same problem will help me! talk soon.
