Have found with Wii activities :
I mix it up between Active, FitPlus, BiggestLoser, and misc games
3months was 20# last year.. then.. stopped.. so obviously.. keeping with it is Key lol
So.. Im back at it this spring..
Just cant overdo it.. that caused some major setbacks.. found one I liked.. did it way 2 long first time (cuz it was fun ! lol) and then was out of commision for a few days.
For FitPlus/BL : I weigh in on both.. but they tell me 2 diff weights which doesnt make sense since im not changing anything.. so I go with whichever is more accurate with my scale
