Hi, I am new to diet.com, and looked for a Wii Fit group to join. I started my Wii Fit program in September. By the end of Oct, I was down 25 lbs.
After a break, I am rarren to get back on track. I like to workout twice a day. I switch around, but always check in with the Wii every day. I also use Jillian Michael's and Leslie Sansone's DVDs.
My diet is more of counting calories and watching my portion control. I usually eat cereal in the morning, drink some green tea as a snack, have a lunch of about 300-500 cals, and dinner with the family, but portioned out (I usually eat the same amount as my toddler eats, and those are measured portions!!!).
I hope to make new friends who share my journey.
