I have just joined this web site and decided to join this group is there any one else active out there??? I decided to join the New Year challenge also.
I think it's a really cool idea to walk - easy and I hope effective. And that's what I wanted to ask - what about your results? Does walking really work? Do you have to wait long to see some changes?
