Hi all! I'm new to the website and this group, been tracking food and exercise for a about a week and down 2 lbs already! I am a reformed Weight Watcher and had great success (80 lbs) but this new program had me gaining weight so I left to find a new! I have recently had a miscarriage and on top of the ultimate sadness I gained a lot of weight for no reason! I'm back in the gym, eating much better and ready to loose my 30 lbs of not so baby fat! Looking forward to keeping you with all of you ... cheers!
