Rice Chex Goes Gluten-Free - This is big news for gluten-avoiders. Rice Chex is now GLUTEN-FREE. We want the world to know. Look for the new gluten-free label on the front of the box. And FYI, the stuff still clocks in with 100 calories and 0.5g fat
