i started this challenge at 169, and hit my 153 mark today! since we have 2 more weeks to go, i'm trying for 150 even!
I've had a very bad time. I haven't posted in a few weeks and/because my weight has actually gone up instead of down. I was doing really well in the first two weeks but then troubles with my boyfriend started and even though I know I'm an emotional eater, I just can't keep stuffing myself with candy when I feel bad.
Now we're taking a break (as of today) and already I can feel my body changing. I miss him of course but that's not as much of a burden as the constant fighting. I've only eaten today when I felt hungry and then only healthy stuff. It's amazing!
I realise that I'm not going to reach my goal weight in these last two weeks (it wouldn't last if I did) but I hope to lose a healthy 2kg and it would be really nice (are you listening, dear body?) if the majority if not all of those kilos were fat! :)
Anyway, it has been a on and off battle of add and minus on the weight scale but so far so good its still wowza good.
Diet.com made me blog more often and got me hooked on writing down on every major work out I get to do :) with no shame broadcasting it to the world.

I also attended a wedding for one of my dear friends. It has been a kinda "bitter sweet" time. But I'm ready to move forward.
As for my weight-loss for last week I lost 3 lbs!! (YIPPEE!!! :) I'm trying really hard and I'm happy with my results thus far.
This weekend I'm in Orlando with the family. We want to see the summer concert at Universal Studios. The Ojays will be performing. We are also going to check out the fireworks afterwards. It will be hot but we should have a great time. I can honestly say that I'm enjoying making healthy food choices. I may splurge this weekend and I will not beat myself up about it. I will make sure I don't go overboard. Hopefully I will keep my loss for this week. I checked the scale and I have a loss but I will wait to see what happens after the splurge when I weigh-in on Monday.
