Alright Ladies we are going to work on the lower body today, I did this three times this week it is rough so get ready!!!!1
Repeat 5 times
1. 30 butt kicks ( it is like jogging in place with your heels hitting your butt)
2. 10 SQATS- Just pretend your sitting in a chair but you dont really sit!
3.30 butt kicks
4.15 Sumo Sqats- Just like squats but have your legs more than hip with apart, and toes point out, your inner thighs will SCREAM!
5. 30 butt kicks
6. 10 static squats- position your legs as if you were lunging, (like a really big step) and then squat!
Yeah your done! ITs called bootcamp for a reason, bye combining the cardio and strength at the same time you are maximizing your caloric burn ( according to Jillian Micheals) Remember the first person to PM me there finished will get a shout out in the blogs!
