Walking is easy, but walking for a long time or long distance is not. What you need to know is developing a walking habit takes time, so start with small steps. Here is what you need to do before you start
1. Walk in safe areas you are familiar with.
2. Walk either early morning or after sunset to avoid sun burn ;)
3. If you can, have a walking buddy.
4. If you don't feel like walking, just walk for 5 minutes. Maybe you'll feel better afterward.
