For a long time, I eat junk food on daily basis and was over 200 lbs. One day I decided to start working out and diet, it wasn't easy but I lost about 30 lbs in 6 months. I worked out everday and eat very little, but diets are always hard.
After a while of working out, my weight stuck at 175 lbs for a couple of month even though I kept working out. So I tried a new plan that dropped me do to 155 in about 6 months.
