It looks like I missed everyone's chat last night, and I didn't see any preference for which way to post, and I'm at work now and can't see the chat for some reason, so if anyone posted what they prefer, I can't see it! Anyway, I decided that it's probably better to just post the videos under this topic so we don't get confused. So, here's the new topic:
I'm starting over and re-evaluating my goals and making changes. I want you to do the same! Make a list of goals and things you want to start doing and share them with us! These can be mini-goals, long-term goals, exercise goals, diet goals, self-esteem goals, etc. I started my list last night and have about 12 things so far. I think you might be in store for another long video...yikes! If you have any questions, just let me know! Can't wait to see more videos! ~Sara :o)
