I've been doinng at least half an hour of cycling per day. Starting from today I may add a little extra exercise and use the jump rope.

I've been using my Leslie Sansone DVD and jogging on a tredmil. I am going to use my Self DVD today. Those are fun :)

I have been jogging on my treadmill twice a day, strength training and working in my garden!

I just got a Pilates gym. It seems to be working all of my muscle groups. Hope I see the inches begin to fall off.

I've been alternating between my TaeBo Cardio DVD and a pre-programmed program on my treadmill. We're supposed to be picking up an elliptical machine from a friend that wants to get rid of it. So, I'm looking forward to including that!!

I do Pilates and weight resistance (circuit) on Mondays and Thursdays. I walk 2 - 8 miles on Sundays and Tuesdays, often I do either an interval walk or a tempo walk. On Fridays I do my long walks at an easy happy pace which can vary from 6 miles to 10 miles and more. Sometimes, I do a 5 mile Advanced Walk with Leslie Sansone.

I've been taking an aerobics class. I try to go as much as possible. I also do weight training and other cardio things.
