I do Pilates and weight resistance (circuit) on Mondays and Thursdays. I walk 2 - 8 miles on Sundays and Tuesdays, often I do either an interval walk or a tempo walk. On Fridays I do my long walks at an easy happy pace which can vary from 6 miles to 10 miles and more. Sometimes, I do a 5 mile Advanced Walk with Leslie Sansone.
