okay, my waist is......I can't believe I'm typing this for the world to see....36 inches and I'd rate it a 1, however there is muscle under the jello I can feel it! LOL

I feel bad about posting this, but I am at 30in. I'm kind a 2-pack. Wasn’t always like that, it was much bigger before I started jogging. I’m hoping to get a sexy six pack by the end of this.

kello81, why would you feel bad? We are all different sizes and different shapes. Even though our goals may be different we all still have health and weight goals to reach. You should never feel bad about being healthy. Honestly, I'd rather a thin girl fess up that she knows she thin than walk around saying "I'm so fat" I HATE HATE HATE when thin girls do that! Okay, I know some may have eating disorders and the like, but I know plenty of girls who do it. and I hate when I see people on tv and stuff call a thin girl who weighs maybe 140 fat! Hello! to the majority of the population she's thin, if they think 140 is fat I sure as hell like to think of what they think of my 169! GRRRRRRRRRRRR

No I definitely agree with you. I’m one of those people that gets annoyed with the “I’m so fat girls.” Measuring your stomach and then posting that measurement for everyone to see is a very bold move and I commend all of us for doing this. I just didn’t want to make anyone else on here feel insecure by what I posted. I worked very hard to get to my size and I am proud of myself.

Exactly! Good for you though. Your picture proof to the rest of us that the hard work does payoff, it make take time but one day POOF magic: results! But your also proof that you can't just stop once you get those results, it's a life long process to stay healthy and fit!

i'm definitely a 1! my tummy is where all of my weight goes it seems. proper beer belly. (although i am teetotal, always have been, and am not a man!) I'm working on hoping it shrinks a little though with the weight loss.

measures 123cm, i.e. 48.5"
